From the moment I called, it felt less like I was dealing with an insurance agent and more like I had just met my personal life guardian. He explained everything with such clarity and patience. I feel I now understand my policy better so much better. Every interaction was lightning-fast, and had a level of kindness that makes you wonder if Jordan has a secret stash of extra hours in the day!!! I just wanna give props to Ms rosanna for helping my mother Lucy Samuels with her policy My mother was allstate customer for 43 years since 1989 never missed a payment and this year she was terminated from allstate cause of a missed march and she didn't know until June she was stressed and didn't know what to do I looked up state farm and ms Rosanna was a god sent not only she was professional she gave my mother a waaaaaaay better monthly payment then allstate but the best part she ease her mind just wanna say thank you so Rosanna and keep up the good work thank you
